Maple-glazed Ribs

These ribs are easy to make and delicious!
3 pounds pork spareribs cut into serving size pieces
1 cup maple syrup
3 TBS orange juice concentrate
3TBS ketchup
2 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS dijon mustard
1 TBS worcestshire sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, minced
1 TBS sesame seeds, roasted
Place ribs meaty side up on a rack in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours. Meanwhile combine the next 9 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain ribs and return to pan. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered for 35 min. basting occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
